Domestic shipping - Australia
We are currently offering free express shipping to all Australian addresses. If this is not in effect, the below pricing per filter is applicable to all sales.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be communicated to you during the checkout process.
Deliveries within Australia (to major centres) via the Australia Post network is as follows :

* Please note, during sale periods and public holidays, some deliveries could take longer than the specified time.
For regional or country areas the delivery time may vary between 3 to 10 business days depending on the postal method (express or regular post).
Please also note that a signature is required for all deliveries via registered post. If you are not home at the time of the delivery, Australia Post will leave a note on the collection point of your delivery.
International Shipping - New Zealand only
All prices quoted below are in Australian dollars (AUD) and have been taken directly from the pricing quoted on the Australia Post website.
At present we are only shipping to New Zealand. Other countries will be in due course.

International Delivery Time Frames
On all international orders, Australia Post will endeavour to dispatch your order
- Express – 1 to 2 working days
- Standard – 3 to 10 working days
The delivery time for international orders once dispatched is typically 10+ business days. Estimated delivery times are between metro areas of major cities. Excludes any time in customs and delays due to reasons outside of Australia Post’s control. Country specific delivery times are available online at www.auspost.com.au.**

Tracking your order
When you place an online order, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and information on how to track your purchase.
Lost or damaged goods
If goods appear lost or are damaged in transit, please contact us at info@provokativethoughtsphotography.com.au within the below time frames so that we can investigate.
